10,000 Bonus Velocity Points on Flights to LA

Virgin Australia is kicking off 4th of July celebrations in partnership with Delta Airlines with 10,000 bonus Velocity Points on flights from Australia to Los Angeles.

How the deal works

To get the 10,000 bonus points (these are in addition to any points you might already earn on your flight), you need to activate the offer in your Velocity account via this link and book a flight with Virgin Australia or Delta Air Lines to Los Angeles between July 4 2019 and July 28 2019.

An Eligible Flight is an international return flight from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane to Los Angeles operated by Virgin Australia or Delta Air Lines with one of the following flight numbers:

• VA7
• VA8
• VA9
• VA23
• VA24
• VA6552
• VA6551

Velocity members will earn 10,000 bonus Velocity Points for an Eligible flight (e.g. 5,000 bonus points for the Sydney- Los Angeles flight and 5,000 bonus points for the Los Angeles-Sydney flight) irrespective of cabin booked.

Important to know

If you’re booking a flight with Delta, it’s essential that you book this through Virgin Australia or specify to your travel agent that you need/want a flight with a VA flight number; otherwise, you won’t earn any bonus points.
