Qantas has just launched a 30% discount on Qantas Classic Flight Rewards between Sydney and Melbourne to encourage domestic travel. The deal will net you a nice 30% discount in both economy and business class when you book between March 1 and March 7 for travel between March 1 to March 31 and April 13 to June 22 (2021).
Qantas has also increased the number of Classic Flight Rewards available by 50%, so your chances of getting a flight on points are pretty good!
All this comes as both Rex and Virgin Australia go head to head with the ultra-low pricing on the Sydney to Melbourne route.

- From 5,600 Qantas Points (was 8,000 points)
- Plus A$39 for taxes, fees and carrier charges
Business one-way
- From 12,880 Qantas Points (was 18,400 points)
