BCF Delivery, Returns and Payment Options

Here’s how delivery, Click & Collect, returns, payments and Club BCF work, based on BCF’s own help pages.

How much is BCF delivery?

BCF delivery is free on eligible online orders over $120, after any sale discounts or coupons are applied. Under that, the delivery fee depends on the size and weight of your items and where you live, and your total is worked out in the cart.

• Free delivery excludes bulky items, clearance products, gift cards and Click & Collect orders.
• Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days to metro postcodes, 2 to 5 business days to regional postcodes and 4 to 10 business days to remote postcodes.
• Express Delivery and 2 Hour Delivery are offered on baskets under 17kg in selected metro areas. If your order is eligible, the option shows at checkout.
• BCF delivers to P.O. boxes (except bulky items and dangerous goods) and to Australia Post Parcel Lockers for eligible items. It doesn’t ship overseas.

Full details are on BCF’s shipping and delivery page.

Does BCF offer Click & Collect?

Yes. Add your items to the cart, choose “Pickup in-store” and BCF will email or SMS you when your order is ready, usually within 1 hour. Wait for that message before you head to the store.

• Bring your order confirmation (digital or printed), plus proof of ID for items marked 18+.
• Someone else can collect your order if they have a copy of the confirmation email or SMS.
• Stores hold orders for 14 days. If an order isn’t collected by day 15 and you haven’t been in touch, it’s cancelled and refunded.
• Some products are Home Delivery only. BCF flags these on the product page and at checkout.

See BCF’s Click & Collect page for more.

What is BCF’s returns policy?

BCF accepts change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase, whether you bought in-store or online. The item must be unused and in its original, as-new condition with its packaging, tags and seals intact, and you’ll need proof of purchase. Delivery fees aren’t refunded on change-of-mind returns.

• Some items can’t be returned for a change of mind, including tailor-made orders, CDs and DVDs, underwear (including thermals), swimwear, socks, food and gift cards.
• Online orders (except Online Only products) can be returned at a BCF store, or by post for free through the Australia Post returns portal for parcels under 22kg and 105cm.
• Items bought in-store have to be returned to a BCF store.
• Exchanges are done in-store. BCF can’t exchange items sent back by post.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you bought the item using your Club BCF account, you won’t need a receipt, but you’ll need to give your membership details.
• Faulty items are covered separately under the Australian Consumer Law.

The full policy is on BCF’s returns page.

What payment methods does BCF accept?

Online, BCF accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BCF Gift Cards and Club BCF Credit. It also offers four buy now, pay later options:

• Afterpay: four instalments over six weeks, on online orders between $100 and $4,000.
• Zip Pay: online orders between $50 and $1,000.
• Zip Money: online orders between $1,000 and $8,000.
• PayPal Pay in 4: four payments, on eligible purchases up to $2,000.

Each provider’s eligibility criteria and credit checks apply, and you can’t split an Afterpay payment with a gift card. In store, BCF takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, BCF Gift Cards, Afterpay, Zip Pay and Zip Money. Club BCF members can also lay-by items over $50 in store for a small non-refundable fee.

See BCF’s payment types page for the full list.

How does Club BCF membership work?

Club BCF is BCF’s free loyalty program. You can join online or in store with an Australian mobile number and an email address, you need to be 18 or older, and no purchase is needed.

• Club prices are marked “Club” or “Club Price” in store and online. To get them online, log in to your account before you check out.
• BCF keeps a record of your purchases on your account for at least five years, so it can honour warranties without a paper receipt.
• Members can receive Credit to spend in BCF stores or online before it expires. Exclusions apply, including gift cards, shipping and lay-by payments.
• For online sign-ups from 4 August 2026, the welcome offer is $10 credit when you spend $100 in one online transaction within 30 days of joining.

The full rules are in the Club BCF terms and FAQs.
