DoorDash Is Giving Away 15 Million Velocity Points
15 lucky winners will score 1 million Velocity Points thanks to DoorDash.
DoorDash and Velocity Frequent Flyer are joining forces to give 15 Australians a shot at becoming points millionaires in a new competition. The month-long promotion runs from 5 September to 5 October 2025, and will see 15 winners walk away with 1 million Velocity Points each.
That’s an impressive prize, being enough Velocity Points to fly three people in Business Class from Sydney to London return. In Economy, you could fly Melbourne to Sydney 169 times! Taxes, fees and carrier charges still apply, but the points themselves unlock experiences that many travellers would otherwise find out of reach.
Every eligible order placed on DoorDash during the competition counts as one entry, with customers required to link their Velocity account to participate.

- Link your Velocity account to DoorDash.
- Place an eligible order on DoorDash between 5 September and 5 October.
- Each eligible order counts as one entry into the competition.

The giveaway highlights the growing partnership between DoorDash and Velocity, which took flight in May 2025. The agreement allows Velocity members to earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on eligible DoorDash orders, after linking their Velocity number to their DoorDash account. This can be done in the DoorDash app or at www.doordash.com.
