How to Transfer Points
- Log into your business’ Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal
- Click on Points in the top menu bar and select ‘Transfer Points’, complete the mandatory fields and follow the prompts
- Upon successful transfer of Velocity Points to your team member’s Velocity Frequent Flyer account, an additional 20% Bonus Points will be applied to their account
Important Terms
- Minimum and Eligibility: A minimum of 3,000 points is required for the transfer. The recipient must be employed or contracted by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member.
- Processing Times: Transferred points will be available in one business day, with bonus points taking up to six weeks to arrive.
