The Australian site is a local marketplace where third-party retail partners fulfil orders directly to Australian addresses. Brands on the platform include Antler, Bose, Smeg, Dyson, SharkNinja, Pandora Australia and Samsung, with orders sent by partners such as Harvey Norman.

KrisShop Australia offers faster domestic delivery, lower local shipping costs, and a shopping experience built specifically around AU/NZ customers who want to earn and spend their KrisFlyer Miles.

Unlike KrisShop's Singaporean site, the Australian version doesn't offer inflight pre-order or duty-free collection for an upcoming Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight.

Redeem KrisFlyer Miles On KrisShop Australia

We strongly advise against redeeming KrisFlyer Miles with KrisShop Australia. That’s because the redemption rate is a dismal 100 KrisFlyer miles for AU$1 off at checkout.

There is a minimum redemption of 1,000 miles per order, and at checkout, you can pay entirely with miles, entirely with cash, or split the two.
