The standard sign-up bonus for the Qantas Ultimate Card is 55,000 Qantas Frequent Flyer Points which we value at an acceptable $550. However, for a limited time, the sign-up bonus has been increased to 120,000 Qantas Frequent Flyer Points (valued at $1,200), and if that wasn’t enough, there are also 120 status credits in addition to this.

Who’s Considered A New Card Member?
As per the American Express terms and conditions, a new card member is someone who hasn’t had an Amex account in their name for the last 18 months. Of course, if you are a supplementary card holder on someone else’s account, you are eligible for the sign-up bonus. The same is true if you hold a corporate Amex card or you have a card issued by your employer.
Boost Your Points Further
All new Amex Members will also be able to save the current Shop Small (learn more about this here) offer to their new card. This means you will earn an additional 3 points on every dollar spent with participating retailers.
