Qantas Double Status Credits Or Double Points (August 2026)
It's back! Earn double Qantas Status Credits until 2 September 2026
Qantas has brought back its double Status Credits or Qantas Points offer for August 2026, giving frequent flyers the choice to fast-track their elite status or boost their Qantas Points balance.
The promotion runs for eight days, until 11:59pm on 2 September 2026, and covers any Qantas marketed and operated regional, domestic, or international flight.
Members will need to activate the offer and choose to earn double Status Credits or double Points via the Qantas App. You can earn a bonus on unlimited bookings made between 26 August and 2 September 2026, for travel between 3 September 2026 and 14 August 2027.
As you might expect, double Status Credits offers are some of Qantas' most loved and anticipated promotions. That's because Status Credits are the key to earning elite status with Qantas, which comes with perks like priority boarding and lounge access. Earning double Status Credits unlocks Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Platinum One status at twice the regular speed, while also boosting progress towards Lifetime Qantas Status.
This is the third double Status Credits or Qantas Points offer launched by the Flying Kangaroo this year, following three DSC promos in 2025. As usual, you can also earn double Qantas Points on Qantas Hotel and Holiday bookings made during the promotional period.
Qantas Double Status Credits Or Points - August 2026
For the next eight days, members can register to earn double Status Credits or double Qantas Points for unlimited bookings made between 26 August and 2 September 2026. Eligible dates of travel span from 3 September 2026 to 14 August 2027.
This offer applies to Qantas-marketed and operated regional, domestic, or international flights. This includes flights operated by Alliance Airlines, National Jet, Airlink, Eastern Australia Airlines, Network Aviation, Sunstate Airlines, and Finnair, as long as the flight is operating for Qantas with a QF flight number.
Note that Jetstar or partner airline flights will not earn double Status Credits or Qantas Points.
Bonus Status Credits from this offer do not count towards Loyalty Bonus, Platinum Bonus Rewards, Platinum One Bonus Reward, and Status Accelerator/Challenge earn requirements. They will count towards Lifetime tier balances.
