KrisFlyer Spontaneous Escapes: Travel March 2026
It's your chance for a spontaneous adventure with KrisFlyer’s Spontaneous Escapes Promo. Enjoy 30% off award flights!
KrisFlyer is the loyalty program of Singapore Airlines, and every month they offer discounted award flights on a handful of routes. It’s called KrisFlyer Spontaneous Escapes, with redemptions slashed by 30% in Economy, Premium Economy and Business Class.
Spontaneous Escapes are essentially sale fares for KrisFlyer redemptions and are limited to last-minute bookings on specific flights. While these tickets are subject to a few restrictions, they generally represent fantastic value. It’s a great promotion to stretch the value of your KrisFlyer Miles, with many travellers eagerly awaiting the release of Spontaneous Escape routes.
The current Spontaneous Escapes offers are available on bookings made until 28 February 2026 for travel between 1 and 31 March 2026.

Discounted Singapore Airlines Awards With Spontaneous Escapes
After many months of average offers on Australian routes, this latest Spontaneous Escapes promotion kicks it up a gear (for Australian travellers at least). Business Class is discounted for Brisbane, Cairns, and Darwin, and Economy adds Adelaide, Perth, and Sydney.
Unfortunately, Singapore Airlines is again not discounting any Premium Economy awards for Australia this month. It's a similar story for Europe and North America, where not a single Business Class Spontaneous Escapes route is being offered.
Below are some top Business Class picks for the month, departing/arriving Singapore:
- Brisbane & Cairns for 50,400 miles
- Darwin for 29,750 miles
- Colombo for 31,500 miles
- Bali for 15,400 miles
- Bangkok for 17,500 miles
- Manila for 17,500 miles
For the full list of routes, including specific flight numbers and blackout dates, visit the KrisFlyer Spontaneous Escapes page.

How To Earn KrisFlyer Miles In Australia?
In Australia, the easiest and best way to earn KrisFlyer miles is to sign up to an American Express card that earns Membership Rewards. As well as being easy to earn, transfers to Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer are typically instant, which is useful for deals such as this. The American Express Platinum (currently with 150,000 bonus points) is your best bet for a premium Card, but the American Express Explorer (currently with 50,000 bonus points) is also a solid option with a lower fee.
